Sea Bees will miss you Julie!
There comes a time when you have to say goodbye. Last week the time had come for one of our long, trusted and loved staffmembers. Julie had been with Sea Bees for almost an eternity, starting as instructor and later opening up our Amari Shop in Patong and working as our webmaster and blog administrator.
Always on the run and handeling 10 things at a time she was a phenomenal support for the whole functioning of Sea Bees. She always has a smile on her lips and hardly ever seems stressed. This made working with her a lot of fun.
In the theme of the new step in her and her boyfriends life the goodbye party was held at an Irish pub in Patong. As Holger likes to say since Julie told him that she will leave Thailand: “It’s always the fault of the Irish”. The Sea Bees Team celebrated for a last time together. And also Julie’s birthday fell on that day. So presents, cake, speeches and hugs “en masse”. Pictures say more than thousand words, so here we go:
Julie, you will be missed! We wish you and Muredach all the best, love, luck and success for the new start in Dublin! We can not wait till you two come to visit the Sea Bees Team in Phuket again!!!

- And all because of love…

Hey Sea Bees Team,
Thank you very much for that article, the party and just everything – we loved it.

Here in Dublin it’s great, weather has been quite all right so far – sunny most of the time, refreshing 15-22 C and almost no humidity
Job hunting is not easy, but very exciting – early days yet
We hope our whole Sea Bees Team is having a great summer and fantastic dives.
Big hugs from the island of 40 shades of green
