Moray Firth Bottlenose Dolphins
Sea Bees Diving in Phuket and Khao Lak want to help the Moray Firth dolphins and support this petition. The Government has allowed until 14th March 2008 for the public to respond.
In December 2007, the UK Government stated that it is likely to allow oil and gas exploration and development in a dolphin sanctuary off the coast of the Moray Firth in Scotland. In combination with other threats, this could drive a small and vulnerable population to extinction. The Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society (WDCS) need YOUR help to press the Government to keep oil and gas out of the sanctuary.
The Government has allowed until 14th March 2008 for the public to respond. We MUST act NOW!Extinction is forever – the Moray Firth dolphins cannot be replaced – we MUST act NOW! Please spend just 1 minute to sign the online petition at the link below:https://secure.wdcs.org/hych/petition/
